This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data related to Este Pera CRM (Meta "Data Deletion Instructions" and GDPR/KVKK requests).

Removing the Facebook / Instagram connection

  1. In Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Find Este Pera CRM and click Remove.
  3. Removing the app ends its access to your account; to delete stored data, use the form below.

Sending a deletion request

What happens next

  • Your request goes to the respective clinic's data request queue and is completed within 30 days.
  • Records subject to legal retention (e.g. medical records) are kept with restricted access until the period ends, then deleted.
  • You are informed through the contact channel you provide.
