Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Este Pera CRM software service provided by Defem Sağlık Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş.. Every user who signs in accepts these terms.

Service

Este Pera CRM lets clinics manage patient communication, sales and operations, travel organisation and ad reporting in one panel. The service does not provide medical advice; medical decisions are made by doctors only.

Accounts

• The username is a mobile phone number; a password and two-step verification are required.
• Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and must report suspicious access immediately.
• The clinic administrator manages staff access.

Acceptable use

• Use only for lawful purposes and in line with Meta, Google and WhatsApp policies.
• No unsolicited marketing to patients; follow WhatsApp template and opt-in rules.
• No content violating health advertising rules, misleading claims or before/after misuse.
• No attempts to compromise security, reverse engineer or scrape the service.

Data

The clinic is the controller of its patients' data; Defem Sağlık Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. processes it on the clinic's behalf. See the Privacy policy.

Fees

The service is provided to clinics without subscription or usage fees; no payments are collected.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Defem Sağlık Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. is not liable for outages of third-party services (Meta, Google, messaging providers), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; material changes are announced in the panel. Accounts may be suspended for misuse.

Governing law

Turkish law applies; the courts of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
